Current Research Projects
Novatia is actively involved in several research projects. The main goal of these projects is to investigate and develop new systems, methods, analyses and software to augment our existing Contract Analyses, Products and Consulting services. Many of these projects are being investigated and developed in collaboration with industrial and instrument vendor partners. Small Molecule Analysis
- Automated strategies for high-throughput metabolite, impurity, and degradant characterization using our proprietary MetLab Auto-shift correlation technology platform.
- Development of an integrated metabolic stability and metabolite characterization system using multi-dimensional HPLC and data-dependent LC/MS/MS.
- ASE NMR prediction combined with capillary flow NMR for automated NMR structure confirmation.
- Strategies for pre-concentration and micro-characterization of small molecules utilizing capillary flow NMR.
BioMolecule Analysis
- Continued development and application of ProMass deconvolution technology for high-throughput characterization of intact biomolecules.
- Development of an automated whole protein fractionation system utilizing multi-dimensional LC with MS detection and ProMass data processing.
