Setting an Area % processing threshold allows you to eliminate spectra of low chromatogram peak area % from being processed by ProMass. If an area % processing threshold is entered, ProMass will only submit spectra for deconvolution that have a chromatogram peak area % greater than the value entered. You can also filter chromatogram peaks by their base peak intensity .
