Delete non-essential files when done

When this option is checked and ProMass is run in automated mode, the Xcalibur results file (.RST) and ProMass text file will be deleted after processing is completed.  When this option is checked and manual processing is performed, the input clipboard spectrum will not be saved as a text file.  Selecting this option can save a significant amount of disk space when a large number of files are processed.
