Setting a MS intensity processing threshold allows you to eliminate spectra of low intensity from being processed by ProMass. If the MS intensity processing threshold is set to zero, ProMass will deconvolute each spectrum exported by the Xcalibur processing method. If a MS intensity processing threshold is entered, ProMass will evaluate each candidate spectrum and only submit spectra for deconvolution that have a base peak intensity greater than the MS intensity processing threshold value. You can also filter chromatogram peaks by area percent .
