Configuring ProMass to Search for Target
Masses
ProMass can search deconvoluted data for expected masses. Target masses can be explicitly entered in the Target Info field of the sample list, or the user may enter one or more sequences in the BioSequence field of the sample list and ProMass will calculate the target masses from the sequences.
