LOGIC OUT-Description of Standard ProMass for Xcalibur
PMX-SW6-S0* is ProMass 6 Standard PMX-HR6-S0* is ProMass 6 High Resolution *= 1 refers to single or *=2 refers to twin pack PMX-L4-6-UPG is ProMass Lateral upgrade from 4 to 6 PMX-L3-6-UPG is ProMass Lateral upgrade from 4 to 6 PMX-HR6-UPG is ProMass HR upgrade from 3-5 to 6 ProMass allows for automated charge deconvolution of biomolecule mass spectra. The software includes the standard ProMass charge deconvolution algorithm (ZNova) for operation on the Thermo Xcalibur data system. ProMass HR allows for automated charge deconvolution of isotopically unresolved mass spectra of biomolecules and deisotoping of isotopically resolved mass spectra. Package includes standard ProMass charge deconvolution algorithm and the full suite of Positive Probability Ltd (PPL) MS data processing tools for peak shape, charge, and isotope pattern deconvolution. ProMass and ProMass HR allow for manual deconvolution via a simple process using single mass spectra, or automated deconvolution of entire LCMS data sets via the Xcalibur sample list.
