All submissions are subject to Novatia’s Standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Terms exclusively govern any services provided by Novatia except in the case where you (or the entity on whose behalf you are acting) and Novatia have signed a written master services agreement (“MSA”), in which case such MSA shall govern and control. No other terms and conditions shall apply, including any terms submitted by you with a purchase order or otherwise.
