Downloading and Accessing ProMass Data on Local PC

If you have submitted a sample to Novatia for Analysis:

You can access the data by following the link that is provided by email to notify you that your results have been posted. Alternatively, data can be viewed by going to https://data.enovatia.com/Login and logging in using your company’s login credentials. The data will be organized by the year and the date in which Novatia received the sample(s).

If you would like to download the data to your local PC:

Log into the customer data portal https://data.enovatia.com/Login using your company’s login credentials. To download the data locally you will want to right click the folder you want to download and select ZipDownload as shown below. You can do this for any folder in your customer data portal.

After you have downloaded the zipped folder you will need to unzip it and store it locally on your PC in a location you want.

Once you have the unzipped folder saved locally you can still view the data the same way as you would through the customer data portal. To do so go into the year and date folder that you want to view and open the index.html file.
