Just Purchased ProMass, How Do I Download My Copy?

Once you have purchased ProMass, you will receive a USB dongle along with a link and login credentials to download the copy of ProMass you have purchased. Both the link and login credentials are case sensitive.

If you have correctly typed in the link and login credentials you will be redirected to a page that will say “No files available” as shown below. Do not be concerned as the zipped file containing ProMass should be automatically downloaded.

If you see the above screen, check your downloads folder for the zipped ProMass file. If you do not see the zipped ProMass file in your downloads folder there are a few things that you should check.

  1. Confirm that you have matched the cases in the provided link and login credentials.
  2. Check to determine that your web browser allows for files to be downloaded automatically.
  3. Check to determine the default location your web browser is storing downloads.
