I bought ProMass for Xcalibur years ago and I need to re-activate my copy/lost my copy/lost my computer/moved computers/etc…

To move an existing ProMass license, perform the following:

  • Unplug the ProMass USB license key from the old computer and plug it into the new computer.
  • Install the ProMass software on the new computer.

Only the currently supported versions of ProMass are readily available for download. If your USB license key is for an unsupported version of ProMass you will need to have saved the old installer for ProMass so that you can install the program on the new PC. Otherwise you will need to upgrade your current license to the latest version of ProMass.

If you have lost your USB license key you will need to purchase a new license. If your USB license key was damage or no longer functions please contact us regarding this issue as we may be able to offer a replacement as long as you return the original USB license key.
