No LC-UV Trace in my ProMass Report with ProMass for MassLynx

First ensure that your method is properly collecting LC-UV or a PDA trace.

Next you will want to confirm that you are using ProMassBridge v1.2 or later. Earlier versions of ProMassBridge (v1.1 or lower) do not provide the LC-UV trace to ProMass. If using an earlier version of ProMassBridge, contact your Water’s representative to get the latest version of ProMassBridge.

If you are using ProMass Bridge v1.2 or later and still encountering issues with the LC-UV trace not being generated in your ProMass report, confirm that the ProMasBridge Parameter File is properly configured. To do so check out the help topic “Configuring the ProMassBridge Parameter File“.
